Why did I create this space?
After interviewing almost a HUNDRED incredible people about their unique career journeys, struggles, and decisions, I realized one thing in myself: the hardest part is the courage to start. These people all WORKED THEIR ASS OFF to be successful, but they still say THE HARDEST PART WAS STARTING
Not because it's a difficult step to take, but because it REQUIRES COURAGE.
I built this community to bring all those extracted lessons and new frameworks together —not just in video, but in actionable, shared ways. My personal aim is to move from a purely analytical space to a more open, emotional, and engaging one, and this community is the next step in that transformation.
