Has anyone else noticed this trend? Many high ticket coaches are shifting their business model. Their $2000-$5000 programs are now being sold for $300-$500 where they only sell the video course without any group coaching programs. And they are keeping the higher ticket masterminds $10000+. So they basically have 2 main programs - $500 course and $10k+ Mastermind. Anyone who is deeper in the industry who can explain the shift?

Keep it simple and realize you're focusing on solving a little bit fo the problem to prove your worth. Figure out what they're looking for and show them how to get it or part of it. Promote it daily on any platform with any type of content. Don't forget when you post content to create in the stages of the customer journey. Think: "What part of the customer journey is my marketing content focused on?" You can ask ChatGPT to help you create content for each stage of the customer journey. You can then promote your lead magnet inside your content. Your web pages needed are: 1. Landing Page 2. Thank You Page Here's an example: https://www.makeonce.com/elearning If you have questions please post them in the comments.

1. Post daily content to generate attention and traffic to your website: - The reason we automate email follow-up is the same reason to automate traffic - You will need proven ideas and frameworks to create quality content quickly - You need a daily creation habit where you keep the creating process simple 2. Batch create content and schedule it to be posted on social media: - You will need a scheduled day or days of the week to create and batch content - You will need to pick the platform you can create the best on and the easiest (to start) - You will need scheduling software and a tool to store your frameworks (Metricool/Notion) 3. Create high-converting lead magnets and an automated email sales campaign: - The traffic to your website is worthless unless we can capture it and convert it into sales - My lead capture system: free 5d email courses, weekly newsletter, and free blueprints - You will create email follow-up campaigns to move leads through the customer journey IN A NUTSHELL: Create a system to create and automate traffic generation that drives people into your sales automation system so you have free space to create better products. Having better products makes your entire automated system work better and your brand grows faster with more security. Use systems and automation where the human-machine fails to operate consistently. Consistency is the name of the game assuming you have a real solution. Build your system. Have a schedule. Create daily. Automate. Have fun. Repeat. Grow. There’s the method now start building, Mike Ps. I included a PDF with this document I covered in the video to better help you. In the comments let me know if you like this content format. What was your #1 biggest takeaway from this and how will you start using it? Oh, and I almost forgot to tell you... I go into deep detail on this here.

I asked myself three questions about what I needed to do and why it wasn't getting done. Question 1 → What do I do each day? (my blocks) Question 2 → How will I get leads today? (my system) Question 2 → How will I get the content out? (the software) This video covers how I handled it and the tool I used to make it easier. In the comments can you share what you liked most about this? Thanks, Mike Ps. What is your daily publishing habit?

Hey y'all. I purchased a software that helps generate better prompts for ChatGPT. I've been able to generate some great content by using these prompts. Just wanted to share a few in hopes that it helps you as well. You're going to give ChatGPT some instructions first. - Name of your campaign and the objective - Industry that you're in - About your business - Target audience - Writing style that you like - Tone that you want for your writing I'll pretend that I have a company in the carpet cleaning industry. *********************** Start out by telling ChatGPT: You are a talented digital marketing expert at a top-tier marketing research firm, a graduate of Harvard Business School. Your style is direct, to the point. Prioritize expert advice. Here is a little bit of information about my company before I instruct you on what kind of marketing materials I need: - This campaign is called Carpet Cleaners - Content Ideas & Marketing Copy. - I am in the Carpet Cleaning business - my product/service is called ABC Carpet Cleaners and we are a Carpet Cleaning Company in Colorado that offers carpet and floor cleaning for homes and businesses. - my target is Business Owners - in terms of writing I like to write with the Dan Kennedy style - the tone of my writing should be Persuasive do you understand what my campaign is about?

Hello you crazy kidz..... So I'm listening to The Essentialist on Audible and from what I've heard I've decided to purchase the book and actually read it. I think it will be one of those books that, along with The Slight Edge, will make me a better person. I do want to recommend another book that changed my life and that is, Building A Second Brain by Tiago Forte. 👍

Ok, now that I have your attention I was just wondering where everyone is on their journey to building a business or creating another stream of revenue (or just learning if that's why you're here). I read an article, "From Idea to Maturity, the Five Stages of Business Growth" where they talked about different stages of business growth. I was just curious where each of you land in terms of the options below and whether there was anything that you need help with. Let's get some conversations going and help each other along the journey. Cheers! 🍻

#How To Win (3 of 3) You just added another two Audibles to my ever-increasing collection. Simplification is clarification and clarification is how to achieve excellence. I am such a victim of shiny object. You are making me redouble my efforts to avoid that.

I know this is not exactly right but I couldn't pass up the opportunity and would like some feedback. My cousin posted an Easter photoshoot date for her Photography business so I thought I'd give her some free advertising ;P I started with calling to my Alabama friends and family because that's where the shoot will be and the only customer that would be interested. Then, I detailed about seeing the great photos she has done in the past. Finally, BOOM, hit em with the key action lever by letting then know that the time slots are filling up. Is there anything you would have done differently? Thank you all in advance.

#How To Win (2 of 3) I have started a Tiktok channel and have uploaded to it everyday, not marketing vids but vids of chickens and such. I have been mainly taking this opportunity to learn how to edit videos on Tiktok and what makes them appealing. Now, I want to try uploading them on youtube and instagram also to increase my volume. Also, I now understand the key action levers being a conversion sealer. " Hurry! This offer is only good for the next 24 hours, to the first 100 people, or while supplies last!!!" ;P

#How To Win (2 of 3) turn up the volume. Again I need to do more before getting impatient and changing everything.

#How To Win (1 of 3) I had been going LIVE 3 days a week but obviously hadn't done it long enough yet. You have inspired me to start doing it again. Mon-Fri to start and really start being that sounding board for my audience.

#First Principles (3 of 3) The math is very interesting. I'm not very knowledgeable in the marketing space, yet ;), but getting 500 clicks on a page seems easily doable. I could be underestimating the assignment but time will tell. Loved the vid, on to How to win.

#First Principles (3 of 3) is the making only one change in your marketing at a time and testing it 100 times before moving on. I am guilty of making wholesale changes. I am pretty consistent with my content but get frustrated and probably change too many things to soon.

#First Principles (2 of 3) Never stop testing to find something that will work because eventually everything stops working as well as it did. This is a never-ending process with marketing

#First Principles (1 of 3) Top Passions: Travel, Personal Development, Marketing and Sports. Top skill: Educational content creation. T90-Day goal: 4 clients to oversee their weekly content strategy and $50k in revenue.

#How To Win (3 of 3) My biggest takeaway was identifying my distractions. The more obvious ones were my phone, watch and TV. But while watching the video in this module, I realized my grandson can cause distractions while I study as well so I'll need to adjust my study time to after he goes to bed.
