Here’s a very simple high protein snack I’ve been making lately and it’s honestly one of the easiest things to add into your day.
It’s just 225g of Yoplait Skyr Nature Yogurt mixed with 30g of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein. That’s it. Mix it together in a bowl and you’ve got something that feels more like a dessert than a weight loss snack.
Approx macros are 240 calories, 45.1g protein and 9.7g carbs.
For anyone on Mounjaro or any weight loss plan, snacks like this can be so handy. It’s high protein, filling and doesn’t take much effort. That’s important because the easier we make things, the more likely we are to stick with them.
Protein has been a big part of my own journey, especially now that I’m maintaining and training. It helps keep me full, supports muscle and makes it much easier to stay on track without feeling like I’m constantly picking at random bits of food.
