Hi everyone,
Finally starting my GLP1 journey after YEARS of online lurking on social media accounts. Unfortunately Mounjaro won't be an option affordability wise, so I am hoping to get good results with Wegovy. GP prescribing today hopefully so I can bite the bullet and start this weekend.
I had gastric bypass surgery 2016 and went from 146kg to 90, then with pregnancy and life in between I've been sitting circa 100kg for past 7 years, and now the last 6months ive crept up to 106/7. So time to act.
Exercise is a little complicated by stage 4 OA in my knees with kneecap impingement-waiting on treatment for that in the coming weeks. So bending knees/kneeling is out for the moment. Home work out info with some basic dumb bells is the way I plan to go, plus loads of steps! Your home work out ideas you mentioned Mark would be much appreciated!
