Yesterday would have been one of the biggest “start again Monday” days of the year for me.
I’d eat everything in sight, feel terrible, and tell myself I’d get back on track. That cycle went on for years.
This time was different.
I still had an Easter egg. I still enjoyed it. But I didn’t go over the top. I didn’t feel out of control. And I didn’t wake up today feeling like I’d undone everything.
That’s the difference.
This isn’t about avoiding food or being perfect. It’s about not letting one day turn into a spiral.
One day doesn’t ruin your progress. It’s what you do next that matters.
If yesterday didn’t go how you wanted, it’s irrelevant now. Just get back to your routine today.
