Daily Check-in - April 8
Gym done at 6am. Back and core session and felt good getting it in early.
Got another walk in at lunch which brought me to 13,322 steps for the day.
Food was on point. 2,670 calories which is right around target, and 236g of protein so well over the 200g goal.
Busy day again between work and social media so feeling tired this evening. Only got 4 hours 55 minutes sleep last night so that’s probably catching up with me. Hoping to get a better night tonight.
