Working Hard But Not Closing Deals: Advice Needed!

Asalamualikum everyone,

I’m in real estate sales and have been working hard for the past 3 months. I post regularly, share listings, and get clients directly approaching me, as well as brokers reaching out. I provide them exactly what they need, follow up consistently, but so far, I haven’t closed a single deal.

I haven’t lost hope and I’m still motivated to learn and grow. I want to ask:

What strategies or tips should I follow, especially as a girl in this field, to actually close deals?

I want to improve my approach, communication, and techniques to turn interest into finalized deals. Any advice, mindset shifts, or proven methods would be highly appreciated!
