I value your time, so I’ll keep this short.
Once you share the image references and verbal instructions from your project manager, I will first create a simple 5-second test clip in Maya to make sure the direction, acting, and overall feel are exactly what you’re looking for before moving into the full montage.
My workflow:
- Blocking: Clear, readable poses for each scene (acting-first approach)
- Spline & polish: Smooth body mechanics, natural timing, and clean transitions
- Acting pass: Subtle gestures, eye focus, and expression to sell everyday interactions
- Review & refine: Apply feedback quickly and keep communication consistent
- Final delivery: Clean Maya scene files + rendered clips as required
