Over the past few weeks I've been designing one of my biggest showcase projects yet, and I'd love to know if this is something other students would actually find useful.
The project is called Claudia.
She's not an AI that builds apps for you or "vibe-codes" your ideas. That's intentionally not her purpose.
Instead, Claudia is an AI Product Operating System designed to help you become a better creator, developer, and product thinker by organizing, analyzing, documenting, and improving everything you build.
Think of her as your personal AI product team.
Here's what she'd do:
๐ก Help you organize your ideas
Instead of random notes scattered everywhere, every idea gets its own place where you can expand it into a real product over time.
๐ฆ Create a Product Vault
Every app, website, game, startup, or class project gets its own workspace containing:
- descriptions
- features
- screenshots
- videos
- documentation
- roadmap
- changelog
- version history
- competitor research
- user feedback
- reports
- portfolio assets
Nothing gets lost.
๐ง Learn your product
Once you upload your project description, Claudia learns what you're building, who it's for, what problem it solves, and what makes it different.
She then becomes your AI product strategist throughout the life of that project.
๐ Analyze your product
She gives feedback like:
- What are your strengths?
- Where might users struggle?
- What features seem most valuable?
- What should you build next?
- What opportunities are competitors missing?
- How could you improve onboarding?
- What should you focus on this week?
๐ฅ Alpha & Beta Testing
Creators can recruit alpha and beta testers directly through the platform.
Testers can submit:
- bug reports
- feature requests
- usability feedback
- ratings
- pricing feedback
- overall impressions
Claudia organizes everything into actionable reports.
๐ Growth Reports
If your project has active testers, Claudia generates reports showing:
- user feedback trends
- most requested features
- least-used features
- recurring issues
- recommended priorities
- suggested improvements
๐ Build a Professional Portfolio
Every project becomes a living case study showing:
- how your idea evolved
- why you made design decisions
- user feedback
- improvements over time
- measurable impact
Instead of graduating with screenshots, my goal is to help students graduate with proof of impact.
๐ค Long-Term Vision
Eventually, I'd love for students to be able to discover each other's projects, volunteer as testers, collaborate, and build stronger portfolios together.
The goal isn't to replace software engineering.
The goal is to help us become better software engineers, designers, founders, and creators.
I'd really love your honest feedback.
If you were building:
- a class project
- a capstone
- a startup
- an app
- a game
- a website
- literally any product...
Would you use something like this?
What features would make it genuinely valuable to you?
What would you change?
What sounds unnecessary?
What sounds exciting?
๐งช Alpha Testers
I'm planning to open the first private alpha the week of August 10, 2026.
The goal won't be to test a perfect productโit'll be to shape Claudia together and build something that actually helps creators.
If you'd be interested in being an early alpha tester, please comment below or react to this post so I can start building an interest list.
I'd love to build this with the community instead of for the community. Your feedback now will directly influence what Claudia becomes.
