X guard
So lately we’ve been diving into x Gaurd and my academy. I’ve been teaching several variations of the spider stomp to x Gaurd sweep. Including the lasso. (All things I’ve fixed in my game from the videos here) I have some questions about the sleeve grip on the inside leg. Kinda hard to explain. So I can post a video if that that’s allowed, and may bring some good discussion about it.
