New to MadLab: BJJ and Balance
Nicholas, 31, husband, and dad of a 7-year-old. Training BJJ since June 2023, now a 3-stripe white belt, balancing family life and work. I enjoy playing half guard, and my favorite submission is the punch choke.
Me trying to recall the move we just went over, but completely forgetting it the moment we start drilling! I’m sure I’m not the only one, right?
