Hi!

I’m Crystal! Wife and mom. We are a family that practices Jiu Jitsu together, always fighting for the under hook. Blue belt, been training for about 3ish years. Love the martial arts and have been at it since I was young. Currently training Muy Thai, mma, and Jiu Jitsu. I’ve been working on take downs for competitions, love passing guard and smashing, hate mount position, and am known for committing a bow and arrow sub on all my friends. I’m here for all the jiu jitsu.

I really am a nerd at heart and love to study and talk jiu jitsu. These videos are great!
