Why I Created The LYFLINE
Welcome to The LYFLINE: Love Yourself First.
This community was created from a truth that took me years to fully understand.
The most important relationship you will ever have is the relationship you have with yourself.
For many of us, no one ever taught us how to build that relationship.
We learned how to love others, how to be patient, how to forgive, and how to keep relationships together… but we were rarely taught how to listen to ourselves, honor ourselves, and lead ourselves emotionally.
Because of that, many people end up losing parts of themselves in relationships without realizing it.
Sometimes it happens slowly.
We ignore our intuition.
We tolerate things we once said we never would.
We silence our voice just to keep the peace.
Over time that creates confusion, resentment, and emotional exhaustion.
I know this not only as a relationship coach, but as someone who had to learn these lessons personally.
Some of life’s hardest seasons forced me to grow in ways I never expected.
Those experiences taught me that love alone is not enough.
Healthy relationships require emotional maturity, self-respect, accountability, and the ability to maintain a strong relationship with yourself.
That is why I created this space.
The LYFLINE community exists for people who want to develop those qualities and build healthier patterns in their lives and relationships.
Inside this community we will talk honestly about:
• emotional maturity
• self-respect and boundaries
• recognizing self-abandonment patterns
• relationship clarity
• personal growth and accountability
This is not a space for perfection.
It is a space for learning, reflection, and transformation.
