READ FIRST: Community Rules / Standards for AI Lab for Entrepreneurs
These rules and standards exist for one reason: to protect a high-trust space where time-limited (often employed) entrepreneurs can build a safety net without drama, risk, or noise.
If a rule is broken, we act quickly, for the sake of peace and protection.
✅ No Attacking People/Companies
What this means: Don’t name-and-shame, mock, rally hate, or send the community after any person, employer, client, or brand.
Purpose: Keeps this space constructive and safe. We solve problems; we don’t create new ones.
✅ No Cold DMs / Self-Promotion
What this means:
No unsolicited DMs to sell, recruit, “network,” or ask favors.
  • No pitching your services, offers, affiliate links, lead magnets, events, or “DM me” posts/comments.
  • If collaboration/promo is ever allowed, it will be in a specific thread opened by Salette/admins.
Purpose:
Protects members from being hunted and keeps the community about building, not being marketed to.
✅ Make an effort
What this means: Before posting, do at least one of these:
  • search the group
  • read the pinned posts
  • try a first draft / first prompt / first attempt
  • bring context and what you’ve already tried
Purpose: Keeps the lab high-signal and respects everyone’s limited time.
✅ Keep Work Stuff Redacted
What this means: Do NOT post:
  • company/client names, coworker/manager names, or identifying details
  • internal docs, screenshots, dashboards, emails, tickets, SOPs, metrics
  • proprietary processes, trade secrets, or anything you’re not authorized to share
What’s allowed:
  • your perspective, your lesson learned, your decision process
  • redacted scenarios (“a past employer,” “a client,” “a teammate”)
  • general patterns (“here’s what tends to happen when…”)
Purpose: Protects you, protects others, and keeps potentially litigious content out of the community.
✅ Protect Lunch-Hour CEO IP
What this means: Content created by Salette/LHC (playbooks, prompts, frameworks, templates, stories) is for your execution. No reposting, reselling, repackaging, teaching as your own, or claiming it as yours.
Purpose: Protects the work that makes this lab valuable.
✅ Protect Member Privacy
What this means:
  • No screenshots of member posts
  • No sharing member stories outside the group without permission
  • No exposing member identities/employers/business details publicly
Purpose: Many members are building quietly. Privacy = safety.
✅ Ask Clear Questions
What this means: Use this format:
  • Context: what you’re building + who it’s for
  • Goal: what “done” looks like
  • What I tried: bullets
  • What happened: results/feedback
  • What I need: 1–2 direct questions
Purpose: Clear questions get clear answers fast.
✅ Real Wins Only
What this means: Micro-wins count. Share progress honestly. No fake numbers, inflated claims, or “guru theater.”
Purpose: Truth helps people learn. Performance wastes time.
✅ Accept Moderation/Consequences
What this means: We will remove posts/comments that break the rules. We’ll warn when it makes sense. We’ll remove members when needed to protect the room.
Typical ladder: remove content → warning → removal. Immediate removal can happen for serious issues (confidential/work info, harassment, spam/pitching, privacy/IP violations, fake/fraud links, automation/scraping).
Refunds: If you’re removed for violating community rules or Skool platform policy, you lose access and no refund will be issued (refunds are at the creator/admin’s discretion; leaving/canceling doesn’t automatically create a refund).
Purpose: Keeps the community clean, focused, and safe for members building their safety net.
✅ No Unethical Advice or Tips
What this means: Don’t advise people to:
  • break laws, violate contracts, or bypass platform rules
  • misuse employer time/tools/data or leak protected information
  • steal IP, scrape members, manipulate people, or run shady plays
Purpose: We build safety nets the right way so members don’t risk their paycheck, reputation, or legal trouble.
If you see a problem: report the post/comment to admins and move on. We’ll handle it.
