Welcome to Luna Mar Sanctuary.This is a space created with care, intention, and deep respect for where each of you are on your own path.
Our intentionLuna Mar Sanctuary exists to support reconnection. To self, to body, to rhythm, and to community. This is not a space for performance, productivity, or comparison. It is a space for presence, curiosity, and personal liberation.
How to use this spaceThere is no right way to be here. You are welcome to move slowly, observe quietly, or share openly. Take what you need, leave what you don’t, and return whenever you feel called.
Within the sanctuary, I will guide:
- Gentle movement rituals that are accessible and adaptable, at your own pace
- Pre recorded meditation and nervous system grounding practices
- Live yoga classes, meditations, and sound circles held in real time
- Seasonal and lunar reflections to help you align with natural rhythms
You are never expected to attend everything or engage constantly. This space is designed to meet you where you are, not pull you away from yourself.

A gift for youAt the bottom of this space, you’ll find a free 30 minute, gentle yoga practice. This is an invitation to arrive in your body, soften into the moment, and experience the essence of Luna Mar Sanctuary through movement and breath. Move slowly, rest when needed, and let this practice be your first doorway into the rhythm of this space 🤍
