Frances Sloan, LPN, is a Resident Care Manager and healthcare professional with more than 25 years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, home health, and senior care services. Throughout her career, she has guided families through some of the most emotional and difficult care decisions involving aging loved ones. Her passion for resident advocacy, dignity, safety, and family support inspired her to create The Loved One Care Collection, a compassionate series of guides and workbooks designed to help families navigate assisted living, memory care, caregiving challenges, and long-term care planning. Inspired by the memory of her mother, Maureen A. Miller, and her mother-in-law, Beverly F. Sloan, Frances combines professional healthcare experience with personal understanding and compassion.
