I've just stumbled across this, now, i don't mind protein powder, as long as it is pure, no flavourings, no junk.
Just look at the ingredients of this, if you buy a protein powder for the taste, even though it will have a detrimental effect on your health, you are not going to succeed.

When you finish your workout, do you think your depleted body needs Soya Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin, Natural Flavourings, Xanthan Gum, Sucralose, Acesulfame K?
If you are drinking Thickeners, Emulsifiers, Sweetners after a work out, i hate to tell you this, but you may as well not bother..
