Inattention
  • Being easily distracted or forgetful
  • Trouble listening, following instructions, or finishing tasks
  • Difficulty organizing time, tasks, and activities
  • Making careless mistakes
  • Losing things frequently, such as keys or a mobile phone
  • Disliking activities that require sustained mental effort 
Hyperactivity and Impulsivity
  • Fidgeting, feeling restless, or being unable to sit still
  • Talking excessively
  • Interrupting or intruding on others' conversations or games
  • Having trouble waiting for one's turn
  • Acting as if "driven by a motor" or constantly "on the go"
  • Making hasty decisions without considering the consequences
