Where is the biggest bottleneck in your business right now
If we strip it down, most businesses have four main parts [1] Getting attention and enquiries [2] Turning enquiries into paying customersa [3] Delivering the service or product [4] Keeping customers and expanding the relationship AI can help in all four, but it makes no sense to start everywhere. I want you to be very honest. Right now, your biggest bottleneck is [1] You are not getting enough good enquiries [2] You get enquiries but you are slow or inconsistent in follow up [3] Delivery is too manual or depends on key people [4] You are bad at staying in touch, upselling, or renewing existing customers Reply with the number and one sentence about your situation. I will use this to decide what breakdowns and examples to post here, and I might also reply with specific AI use cases for your answer.

Get Perplexity Pro for $2.51/year (Yes, seriously)
Found something wild I had to share with you all. Perplexity Pro normally runs you $200/year. I just grabbed it for $2.51. Here's the deal: Perplexity partnered with other platforms to offer free 1-year Pro subscriptions to their users. Someone's selling the redemption keys for $2 on G2A. I was skeptical. Sounded too good to be true. Bought it anyway. Worked perfectly. Why I stopped talking about “AI tools” with clients
At the beginning, when I spoke to business owners, I used to say things like “I can build you AI automations” “I use tools like n8n, Retell and others” Most of them looked interested, then disappeared. When I paid attention, I realize they were asking completely different questions in their head • “Will this reduce my workload or add more chaos” • “Will this help us close more business” • “Who will manage this when you are not around” So I changed my conversations. Instead of starting with tools, I started with situations. For example “You mentioned you are chasing leads manually, how many enquiries do you get per week, and how many of them ever receive a second follow up” Once we had the real number, I could show what an AI system would do there, and what that extra conversion could be worth. Same skills, same tech in the background, but everything shifted when I stopped selling “AI” and started solving very normal business problems. If you feel you are drowning in tools and not seeing impact, tell me the one part of your business that feels the most chaotic, and I will reply with how I would approach it with AI.
