Could someone explain me how framer plans work?

Hi, guys! Could someone explain me how framer plans work? I'm a bit lost with this.

Specifically I would like to know which plan is best for me. I usually work with architects or interior designers, so I need to use a CMS, I see that Framer has this function but if I want my client to have a user to add, delete, or edit any post I would have to pay something extra. Could someone explain me what is the best for me? Currently to solve this problem I use WordPress + Elementor but I would like to start implementing framer directly.
