I want to show you exactly how you get paid in this network — no fluff, no vague promises.
Real math.
Here’s a real example:
A seller has a piece of furniture they want $500 for.
We list it at $800.
That $300 difference — the spread — is where everyone gets paid.
Our desk team takes their cut.
You keep the rest.
The seller gets their $500 on the spot the day it sells.
On that one deal you pocketed real money for two scheduled local visits — one to photograph, one to hand off.
Maybe two hours of your actual time.
No listing written.
No buyer messaged.
No negotiation.
No chasing anyone down.
That’s the model.
Now here’s where it gets interesting — stacking.
Most agents figure this out within their first few visits: sellers rarely have just one thing.
You show up to photograph a couch and walk out with 5 items submitted.
Each one is a separate deal.
Each one pays you separately.
One visit.
Multiple payouts.
