Agents act as local, on-site reps for resale deals in their area.
You do not:

The desk handles pricing, listings, buyers, and coordination.
You do:
ā¢ Show up locally when you opt into a deal

How a Deal Works (Non-Negotiable)
1. Agent coordinates with a seller
2. Agent goes on-site and takes photos
3. Agent submits details to the desk
4. Desk creates the listing and finds a buyer
5. Desk dispatches the buyer
6. Buyer pays the agent at pickup
7. Agent pays the seller their agreed net
8. Agent submits the deskās 10% and keeps the rest
