Timeline: 2 years

Target: 2027

I have my first interview today with a Commercial Mortgage Broker and I want to learn the real path not the polished version.

Questions I plan to ask

What steps mattered most early on
What skills should I focus on first
What would you do differently if you started today
What should I be doing in my first 6 to 12 months
What mistakes slow beginners down
What would you recommend I start doing now
