Hello, good evening, how are you? I'd like to know if you can cancel my subscription for this month. The problem is that it was automatically charged to my card and I need that money. The payment hasn't gone through yet; it's showing as a hold because I don't have enough balance on the card. But when I add money to the account, it will automatically charge me for Skool.
