The 6-Part letter I wrote to get myself out of rock-bottom whilst in rock-bottom.
1) Have an honest conversation with the mirror.
  • It's hard to lie to myself when I'm looking at myself in the eyes.
2) Listen to your Team.
  • Team = those who genuinely have my best interest in mind and want to see me succeed.
3) Learn to identify temptation/traps.
  • Hard to fall for a trap if I know it's a trap.
4) Prioritize Accountability.
  • Accountability is crucial. Once I internalized, I got myself where I am, I also internalized I was the only one capable of getting me out.
5) Birds of a feather flock together.
  • I'm not a special snowflake and this universal saying also applies to me.
6) Be a super-performer.
  • In what ways would my current position get worse by becoming a super-performer? Answer: It would only advance my current position.
