Not pretending you don’t care.…..Grounded.
The kind of grounded where someone else’s chaos does not automatically become your chaos.
Take a few quiet minutes today and ask yourself:
Where am I giving too much of my peace away?
What am I reacting to that may not actually require my energy?
What would it look like to care deeply without carrying everything?
