I’ve been using a morning routine for a few years that allows me to start my day with a sense of calm and as a result, greater clarity. Here’s a snapshot of my +/-30-minute routine:
- Hydrate + Light (0-3 minutes)
- Breathing Reset (~5 minutes)
- Journaling (~7 minutes)
- Reading (10 pages/~10 minutes)
- Transition & Coffee (~5 minutes)
The main goal for me is to start the day centered, alert, and mentally clear, before the caffeine and chaos kicks in.
