I’ve noticed something about discipline. It has very little to do with motivation and everything to do with identity.
When I stay consistent, even in the smallest ways, I feel more grounded and more in control of my day.
When I let things slide, I feel it mentally long before I feel it physically.
It is never the big moments that shift us.
It is the small habits that either pull us forward or quietly pull us off track.
The way you start your morning.
The decisions you make when no one is watching.
The standards you hold when you’re tired or stressed.
These are the moments that define who you are becoming.
⁉️Ask yourself ⁉️
- What habit makes me feel more like the man I want to be?
- Which habit pulls me away from that version of myself?
- What small action could I recommit to today that would make everything else easier?
