🌿 Day 2 – Voice Without Apology
Alignment requires voice.
There are seasons where silence protects you.
But there comes a time when silence begins to cost you.
Cost you peace.
Cost you clarity.
Cost you self-respect.
Self-leadership means speaking with integrity — not aggression.
Clarity — not harshness.
Conviction — not fear.
You do not need to raise your volume to raise your value.
Your voice is not too much.
Your boundaries are not disrespect.
Your standards are not pride.
They are alignment.
This month reminds us that voice has always been powerful — especially when it was inconvenient.
