Hey friend! 👋

WELCOME!!!! I'm Brie and I've been a 'solo' traveler for well over 25 years. My first experience, came innocently enough. Most of my friends, my age didn't have the resources to travel just yet and I couldn't wait to get out and explore the world. Some of my first experiences were in cities. like Miami/Ft. Lauderdale and Austin. By the early 2000's, I was traveling every 30-45 days. I was ready to people watch, swap epic stories, discover hidden gems, find a new favorite restaurant and make some cool new friends!

Then, I discovered solo-cruising, which introduced me to international destinations such as Cancun, the Bahamas, and the Dominican Republic . I love a good beach and sunny weather. I considered this my downtime. A few good magazines, a book or two. I look forward to this, because as much as I enjoy time to myself - I still want to be 'adjacent' to the action! LOL! Choosing to participate when I'm drawn to similar energy.

This past October, I ventured even further and enjoyed my first TransAtlantic cruise (Barcelona - Miami). And while 12 nights may be a little difficult for some ... it was a GAME CHANGER for me. I coupled this trip with a long layover and spent 6 nights exploring Lisbon, Porto, Barcelona and Costa Brava before boarding the Norwegian Jewel (more on that later). I met some dynamic people within those weeks. People who like me, travel solo but are drawn to others organically. This is my HAPPY PLACE!

So, whether you're a seasoned #Solivigant (look up that word, it's awesome!) or just dipping your toes into solo exploration, I'm here to learn, share, and maybe meet a new travel buddy for an amazing adventure or an exciting excursion. Let's get lost (and found) together!
