We're here because something in us knows we're not living the life we're capable of. What that looks like is unique to each of us — but the path there isn't. A few simple moves, practiced again and again.
You're already running an operating system you didn't choose. You inherited it from your family, whatever they believed. Most of us are on autopilot, reacting instead of choosing.
I believe a Divine creator made us — whole. But that's not who's driving most days. The beliefs and habits running the show were installed after. Carlos Ruiz calls it domestication. Like we're pets, lol.
Our parents weren't perfect — nobody's are. A lot of what we absorbed no longer fits the life we want, and it's blocking the real you from showing up.
That's why we're here: self-awareness, self-examination, and sharing the real challenges and highlights of this second half of life — together, as we build lives that are actually ours. Real change is possible. I've lived it.
