What’s going on in your world right now?
Did the kids already start with the chaos this morning?
Did somebody cry because their sock “felt weird”?
Did you at least get ONE sip of coffee before someone yelled “MOMMMM”?
Did you clean the same mess 3 times already?
Or are you just sitting there mentally preparing for the next round?
Let’s check ourselves real quick:

Did we drink water?
Did we open the blinds and let some sunlight in?
Did we give ourselves grace?
Because motherhood be taking us through some wild levels, and I want this space to feel like a deep exhale — the place where you can tell the truth without feeling judged.
