To practice self-coaching in good company.
Inside the Listening Bowl, we use reflection and lived experience as our teachers.
We don’t rush to fix.
We learn to notice.
We learn to adjust.
We learn to choose.
You do not need to be “ready.”
You do not need to be confident.
You do not need to have clarity.
You only need a willingness to look honestly at your life and walk gently through change.
Listening Bowl is for women who:
