After: 20 years of metabolic mutilation from RNY, multiple complications, chronic severe malabsorption, mental health collapse, addiction, trauma, & now a complete paraesophageal hernia - all while being dismissed/gaslit by the ENTIRE system the whole time - I ultimately chose a vastly unconventional path. I healed my body, brain, & spirit through my Lipivore™ protocol, which is based on high-fat ancestral-based whole nutrition, minimal ultra-processed foods, metabolic psychiatry principles, nervous system regulation, shadow work, somatic practices, inner alchemy, & clean (as possibly affordable for the human) ancestral living. Ultimately, I began the journey to #LoveYourDamnSelf~scars and all. I have built a life of clarity, calm, & sovereignty.
