Prio 1 for growth: content + network + conversations
Your growth is decided on these 3 things.
If one of these is missing:
- only content, no network: you look smart in front of the same 200 people.
- only network, no content: you look like a stranger who wants something.
- only conversations, no content or network: you spend a lot of time begging for attention in DMs.
Everything you do must serve at least one of these three pillars.

- you will learn how to write better content based on your target audience.
- you will have this community as a boost for your content. (more details later)
- you will meet people you can engage with, learn and achieve growth together.
The goal is NOT to grow your LinkedIn followers (that's a side effect).
The objective is to become visible, to grow your reach by 500 to 1000%, to get meaningful reactions on your posts, and ultimately to share your voice to the world.
