Woohoo!!! This is a short work week for me and I’m even considering also taking the rest of tomorrow off as well since Wesley and I have appointments in the morning and I would be out until 10 anyway!
Yesterday was the most active day I have had in a long time and even though I’m honestly not super sore I can tell my body could use downtime. I went to bed super early last night and thank goodness because I needed it! 💯
Since I worked out Sunday (and usually don’t) and didn’t schedule mobility this week assuming I’d do it on vacation, I took the chance to move it to today and then I’ll run or do another workout on vacation, if I have the energy. For today I’m focused on recovery, steps, and fuel!
When I get back from the trip I’m bumping up training and my calories / macros to get back into growth 💪🏼
