Im being really hard on myself lately for not showing up in here like I really want to. I am living in a bare minimum state right now as we wrap up the preschool year at work and while I also navigate all the things ending preschool and starting kindergarten and coming home behind from vacation in my personal life.
I’m still prepping food now that I’m home, tracking macros, turning down extra opportunities to eat (with the exception of two chocolates today) and working out!
I know eventually this will end and I should be able to breathe again, for now, I’m just doing what I can where I can and learning to be okay with that.
