I've studied financial advisers' websites for donkey's years, going back to the very start of when advisers first started having an online presence, and I have to say the Team page on Jacksons site is one of the very best I've ever seen.
If ever you wanted an example of how to make your firm look friendly, open and welcoming, this is it. Sure, if your target market is (say) ex senior military personnel, you probably would do something different, but you get the point.
