(Breathe in slowly.) Hold it. (Exhale slowly.)
That exhale just activated your vagus nerve — the direct line between your body and your brain's "safe" signal.
Your nervous system doesn't need a perfect morning routine or a silent house to start shifting. It needs repetition of small, safe signals. That exhale is one of them.
One breath doesn't fix the week. But every time you do it, you're teaching your body that it's allowed to come down.
