Write down every thought, worry, or task swirling around in your head. Don't organize it. Don't solve it. Just dump it all onto the page.
This is called a cognitive offload β and neuroscience shows it frees up your working memory and lowers pre-sleep cortisol.
Your brain has been holding all of that like open tabs on a computer. β¨
