Anchor in your true identity = Peace
Our nervous systems are either in rest-and-digest or fight-or-flight-or-fear. God created us to live in rest and digest the parasympathetic mode because He created us in His image, perfect love...
..and perfect love casts out all fear. Him in us casts out all fear. Your spirit is 100% full of peace; 1/3 of you is 100% full of peace.
As we take our souls into His presence and meditate on His love, who He is, and who we are in Him, our emotions calm and start to align with our born-again spirits.
Let's stay in step with the work He is doing in each of us. Daily meditate on HIS truths.
