The Courage to Begin: Starting Before You Feel Ready
How many times have you caught yourself saying, “I’ll start when I’m ready”?
Maybe you’ve been waiting to launch that business idea, take a new job, or share your story. You tell yourself you need more confidence, more skills, or just the “perfect time.” But here’s the truth—there is no perfect time.
Waiting to feel ready is one of the greatest ways we hold ourselves back. And I always say that courage isn’t about waiting for fear to disappear. It’s about moving forward even when fear whispers loudly.
Courage is a decision. It’s choosing to say yes when everything inside you wants to say no. It’s showing up for the opportunity, even with shaky hands and a racing heart.
Every time I choose courage, I prove to myself that I am stronger than my doubts. Confidence isn’t something you wait for—it’s something you earn by being.
The first step is always the hardest, but it’s also the most powerful.
A safe life may feel comfortable, but it often leaves us unfulfilled. Stepping into the unknown carries risk, yes—but it also carries possibility, growth, and joy.
I always believe that “ Life is a Special Event”.
You don’t need to feel ready. You just need the courage to begin.
