Last week was about keeping your word to yourself. This week, we level it up. I want you to think about ONE thing you know you need to do... but keep avoiding. And chances are, you already know exactly what it is. That conversation. That phone call. That workout. That appointment. That apology. That boundary. That application. That decision. That first step toward the thing you've been talking about for six months. Here's something I've learned: Avoidance creates weight. Action creates momentum. The longer we avoid something, the bigger it becomes in our head. Sometimes the actual thing takes 20 minutes, but we'll spend three weeks thinking about not doing it. Not this week. 🎯 YOUR WEEK 2 MISSION Before Sunday night: 1. Pick ONE thing you've been avoiding. 2. Comment below and tell us what it is. 3. Give yourself a specific deadline. 4. Do it. 5. Come back to this post and comment: DONE. ⚔️ That's the entire mission. Don't pick five things. Don't completely redesign your life. One uncomfortable thing. And once you've put it in the comments, you've made the commitment. I'll put mine in the comments too, because I'm not building Life Code to stand on the sidelines and tell everyone else what they should be doing. I'm doing this with you. Last week we worked on proving that our word means something. This week we're proving that discomfort doesn't get to make our decisions for us. Let's see how many DONEs we can get in this thread by Sunday. ⚔️ Week 2 starts now. Become someone you're proud to be.
