Hey community!

I’m Lanay Stockstill, a mom of two girls and a passionate real estate agent turned investor, wholesaler, and flipper. After years of chasing deals that never quite made it to the closing table—and often getting paid last (or not at all!)—I realized I needed a better way.

For too long, I’ve poured my energy and heart into transactions, only to watch them unravel at the very end. I know what it’s like to work for months in good faith, only to feel undervalued or painted with the “unscrupulous agent” brush when things don’t work out. And I’m done with it.

That’s why I’m here:

My mission is to build a consistent, predictable lead flow and create $20k+ months through wholesaling and flipping properties—so I can provide my girls and myself with the stability, freedom, and happiness we deserve.

I’m not here just to “get deals.”

I’m here to build something sustainable, ethical, and *repeatable.* And I know I can’t do it alone.
