The Leads section is for any community member that is looking for either advice or an introduction to someone that meets their need or their clients need. For example, if someone is a web development agency and they have a client that needs SEO, they would post on here that they are looking for SEO agencies that specialize in their client's industry or niche. Other members would comment and the web development agency now has options for trusted vendors rather than just searching on Google. Here is an example of a good post in the Leads category - "Got a client looking for lead gen (they want case studies to prove viability) they sell courses from 500-5,000+ GBP. They've worked with huge brands like McDonald's and Microsoft. I think they'd benefit from some outreach, and they have a solid budget for it. Problem is they don't have a good structure for closers (so we're probably gonna need to use Closify to get them some sales reps... If it sounds like a good fit for anyone - send me a message in the Chat" The only time that we are open to self-promotion is when it is based on a need that a member expressed. *If we find that members are spamming people, we will remove them from the community. Here's what the journey ahead looks like: Step 1: Understand where you are and where you are going Step 2: Get in the habit of improving daily Step 3: Carve out 8-10 hours per week to work ON the business Step 4: Create your delegation system (fulfillment) Step 5: Create your minimum viable solution for your ideal client that is profitable and scalable Step 6: Integrate outbound, inbound and referral systems to fill the pipeline with ideal clients & scale to $100k/month Step 7: Empower your people to run whole parts of the company while you focus on growth or taking time for yourself A note about habits: Reaching all seven steps is possible, but it's a long road ahead. If you're only growing the business to look like a success or for something outside of yourself, then you probably won't make it. In the beginning, you won't get those things. So you'll quit. The solution is to fall in love with improving daily. To improve out of intrinsic motivation. Because you enjoy it. And just the process of improving helps you realize that with belief, thoughts, plans and actions, anything is possible. A note about money: Money is important. But I don't think it's our end goal here. The agency space is evolving rapidly. Our time is limited. The role of our agency community and leveraging lessons from each other becomes more important every single day. Our end goal is to commit to solving the hustler mentality and find ways to work smarter rather than harder. To not have to sacrifice other areas of our life in order for the business to expand. Now that's a meaningful goal. A note about $100,000/month: It is possible to earn much more than this through Leverage for Growth, but this is roughly the point where your happiness stops increasing as you earn more. A note about Financial Freedom: The goal isn't to sit on a beach and drink cocktails. The goal is to use this freedom to rise all areas of our lives into abundance at the same time. To live in alignment with our purpose on this earth, whatever that means to you. At this point significant impact can be made.
