So many Taekwondo schools have great in person training and people there to show you what to do, but you only really get a couple of hours' contact time a week.
There's lots of other people to train, so sometimes it's really hard to get all the extra background information that you missed in class, such as:
- how to tie your belt
- how to address different ranks
- what the Korean numbers are
- what the history is of patterns
Sometimes you need to watch the video and break down a few more times. This is like having a personal trainer in your pocket that helps you to understand and learn your Taekwondo patterns faster and fast track your journey to black belt.
