WELCOME — You are early
This community exists to one day own multiple homes together — homes that are purchased by the group, held for the benefit of the community, and rented to people within the community at stable, predictable, fair rates.
This is the foundation and trust-building stage. No capital is being collected, no deals are being executed, and no purchase is underway yet. The current purpose is learning, alignment, and building a credible base of people who want to be part of a future co-purchase cohort.
Inside this community:
• We learn how cooperative ownership structures work
• We analyze potential properties together
• We run advisory votes to understand alignment (not to make decisions)
• We prepare for the day capital windows open for Series participation
Co-purchasing property as a group only works when alignment comes first. That is why this stage exists.
