This community exists to look at how harm keeps happening even when everything looks fine on the surface.
Not the obvious stuff.
Not the dramatic stuff.
The kind that passes as normal.
The kind people shrug at.
The kind no one takes responsibility for because “nothing technically happened.”
What we do here is slow things down and look at them properly:
- how a situation actually unfolded
- what got brushed past
- what was allowed to continue
- who ended up carrying the cost
This is not a place to tell your story or ask for support. It’s not a place to process feelings or look for reassurance.
Posts that do that will be removed. Quietly.
What belongs here are clear descriptions of what happened, and plain talk about why it was allowed to happen.
No fixing.
No comfort.
Just looking at things as they are, without dressing them up so they’re easier to live with.
