I need 8 more students to officially kick off the Dirty Millionaire Method™, so I wanted to explain what this is, who it is for, and why I created it.

This is not part of CLFN training.

And it is absolutely not teaching you how to create another CLFN program because Lord help us all, that takes years, a whole lot of money, and more gray hair than I care to admit. 😂

It is a simple roadmap to help you take something you know, love, have lived, or have experience with and turn it into your own online course, coaching program, membership, or low-ticket offer.

Maybe you love crafts.

Maybe you want to teach new OB nurses how to survive and thrive.

Maybe you are great with budgeting, organizing, fitness, meal planning, homesteading, parenting, case management, new nurse survival, or something completely outside of nursing.

It does not have to be nursing-related.

It just has to be something you can teach, share, or help someone else with.

And let me explain the name Dirty Millionaire™ because I know some of you may be thinking, “Jan, what are we doing?” 😂

The “dirty” part means building a business is messy in the beginning.

You are figuring it out.

You are testing your idea.

You are learning tech.

You are posting before you feel ready.

You are building between work, kids, laundry, dinner, charting, and real life.

It is not polished at first.

You get your hands dirty and build it anyway.

The “millionaire” part is not about pretending you are going to get rich overnight.

It is about learning to think like someone who is building ownership, options, freedom, income, and something that actually belongs to YOU.

Real people.

Real ideas.

Real-life experience.

Messy action.

Simple steps.
