Your mentor: Christina Baur
With over 10 years of experience in Munich, London, and Los Angeles, Christina helps musicians build visibility, structure, and long-term success.
She works at Bayerischer Rundfunk, serves on the international jury of the Tour Music Fest in Italy, and is currently Artist Manager and Head of Europe at MWO Management in Hollywood.
Her belief: a successful music career isn't luck, it's creative vision meeting entrepreneurial action.
