My name is Mike Trusty, and as a senior, I’ve learned that time brings a different kind of knowledge—not just “smart” knowledge, but experience knowledge. For years, procrastination held me back. But once I stepped across that line and took action, I began to see possibilities everywhere. I took the vision I had been learning (and am still learning) and turned it into something real.
I come from a community that changed my life—and the lives of thousands of others—so I understand firsthand the power of people coming together with purpose.
